It's a great app. You get a quick response, and the payment process is reliable; I haven't had any problems with that. However, there are differences between the transporters you contact. I don't think the app is to blame for this; just be careful and select your transporters beforehand, talk to them and agree on terms. Emrullah Koç, the transporter I encountered, was excellent, a decent and honest person, so I was very satisfied with the app. Thank you.
