Currently, we offer intra-city moving services in Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara, Bursa, and Aydın. As Taşımacım, we are continuing our infrastructure development to expand our services to new cities. We aim to become active in more locations in the near future.

You can easily place online shipping orders through My Transporter 24/7! You can do so anytime, from your desktop or mobile device.

You can experience fast and reliable partial cargo transportation by choosing the vehicle and service options that best suit you!

This service is our Flexible (Shared) Transport service and is currently only available in Istanbul.

  • With flexible transportation, your products are delivered within the 7 days you specify, at your available time, and transported at an affordable price.
  • This service allows our drivers who are actively working in Istanbul to provide transportation at an economical price when their vehicles are empty.
  • For flexible orders, a maximum of 2 items can be transported and left at only one delivery address.

⚠ Important: When placing an order, you must enter the item's measurements accurately and completely. Incorrect measurements may result in the assigned vehicle being insufficient or the order being canceled. We recommend carefully checking and entering the item's measurements to ensure the correct vehicle assignment.

Yes, you can transport your pet safely. 

When placing your order, simply select the "I have a pet" option in the Doblo vehicle category. This option will allow drivers who are comfortable transporting pets to accept your order.

Yes, you can accompany your belongings!

This is a very common choice in Taşımacım. 

  • It is possible to travel with only one person in the driver's seat.
  • When placing an order, simply tick the "1 companion in the front seat" box.
  • This way, you'll be matched with drivers who accept this option and can track the move from start to finish.

⚠ Important: The escort option is valid for vehicles with passenger seats such as Doblo, Panel Van and Pickup Truck.

Ordering

Placing an order on Taşımacım is easy! You can place your order in minutes by following the steps below:

  1. Open our website or mobile app.
  1. Enter your "From - To" address information and determine the appropriate time. 
  2. Select a vehicle category.
  3. Specify additional services (optional).
  4. Select your payment method and place your order.

Drivers usually accept your order within a few minutes, and you'll receive a notification. You can communicate with your driver through the app and share photos of your items.

YesYou can specify more than one delivery or pickup point for your orders placed through My Transporter. 

When creating an order, after entering the "From - To" address information, you can add an additional address by pressing the "+ Click to add an additional address" button at the bottom of the page.

In this way, you can simplify your transportation process by specifying more than one delivery or pickup point.

You can transport as many individual items as you like, as long as you don't exceed your chosen vehicle's load limit and service period. However, My Transporter only transports individual items; we don't offer full-service house-to-house moves. 

At Taşımacım, a driver can usually accept your order within the first 5 minutes and reach your address within 0-60 minutes.

However, because drivers accept orders instantly, availability may vary during peak hours or late at night. If your driver tells you they'll be late and the suggested time isn't convenient for you, you can cancel your appointment to find another driver. 

Our drivers try to be at your address at the time or time range you specify.

Once your order is confirmed, you can track your driver's estimated arrival time through the app.

At Taşımacım, partial item transportation pricing is determined not based on the number of items but on the determined service time and urban transportation distance.

When you place your order, a service time is determined based on the addresses you enter, and the price is calculated based on this time and mileage. As long as you stay within the service timeframe, you can load your belongings within the vehicle's capacity.

In some special cases, in addition to the city transportation fee extra shipping fee These situations can be requested:

  • Carrying stairs to the 2nd floor and above: If you require assistance from the driver during your move and have chosen the assistance service, the driver may charge an additional fee. However, if you transport your belongings yourself, there is no additional charge.
  • Assembly, disassembly and packaging services: The cost of these services is determined by contacting your driver prior to the trip. The driver may charge additional fees depending on the details of the service.
  • Exceeding the service period: If the specified time is exceeded, an extra fee may be added to the transport service for additional time usage.

Assembly/Packing Assistance

My Transporter offers flexible moving assistance options based on various item sizes and weights. When placing your order, you can select the option that best suits your moving needs and add it. The cost of this service is included in your order, and on the day of the move, your belongings will be transported safely by your driver and their assistants.

Auxiliary Options:

  • Your driver can carry light items (parcels, boxes, chairs, etc.) alone.
  • It provides support for carrying heavier items with you.
  • It does not contain any extra aids.

🔹 👤 + 🚛 Driver + 1 Assistant (Total 2 people)

  • Suitable for medium weight items.
  • Nightstand, washing machine, bookcase, etc.

🔹 👤👤 + 🚛 Driver + 2 Assistants (Total 3 people)

  • It is preferred for large and heavy items such as refrigerators, wardrobes and bed bases.

🔹 👤👤👤 + 🚛 Driver + 3 Assistants (Total 4 people)

  • Ideal for very large and heavy items (wardrobe-type refrigerators, furniture sets, etc.).

Important: For stair transport, the fee is included up to the 2nd floor. For the 3rd floor and above, your driver may charge an additional fee depending on the load and floor.

After you've matched with your driver, you can find out the price. You can place a cash order and exercise your right to cancel after receiving the quote. You can cancel the order before the driver leaves, or you can rematch with a new driver.

When you select the packaging service when creating an order, drivers who can provide this service can see and accept your order.

Once you are matched with your driver, the packaging fee is determined based on the details of your items.

Each item requires different labor and equipment, whether it's assembled, disassembled, or moved using stairs. Assembling a small coffee table doesn't require the same amount of work as assembling a large cabinet. Similarly, the weight, volume, and number of levels of the item being moved can also affect the moving cost.

Therefore, your driver can provide you with an exact price after learning the details of your items. If you don't find the price reasonable, you can cancel your order before your driver leaves, or reschedule with a different driver for the partial load.

Order Management

Service time is determined by the system, taking into account the distance between the entered delivery and pickup addresses and the current traffic conditions.

  • The service period begins when your driver arrives at the first address and ends when the delivery is completed.
  • Generally, delays of 10-15 minutes are not a problem, but longer delays may result in an additional charge from the driver.
  • To avoid exceeding the service time, we recommend that you prepare your belongings in advance and plan your transport time accordingly.

Our drivers are meticulous about adhering to service schedules for local partial load transport services. If you have any questions, please contact us. 

Once your driver arrives at the first address, the service period begins and your transportation process is attempted to be completed within this time. 

Our system determines the service time by calculating the current traffic situation and the estimated future traffic.

Additionally, you can track our drivers' live location information.

When you exceed the service period, you must pay an additional fee equal to the delay time, according to the hourly rate of the vehicles.

To calculate your late fee:

  • Check out the hourly rate for vehicles on our pricing page. 👉 Pricing Page
  • Calculate your delay time by dividing it by the hourly rate.

Example: If the hourly rate is 600 TL and you are 30 minutes late, the additional fee is 300 TL.

⚠ Important: This calculation is for the hourly rate of the vehicle only. If you have used ancillary services, an additional fee will be assessed separately.

YesYou can change your payment method. However, your existing order will not be processed for this change. cancel and recreate is required.

Unfortunately, this payment method is not available in our system. Extras are paid in cash.

It is currently not possible to update your address directly through our system.

To change your address, you must cancel the existing order and create a new shipping order with the new address information.

To contact your driver, go to the My Orders page in the app.

Here, you can make a call by clicking the phone icon next to your driver's name, or communicate in writing by clicking the message icon.

You can also clarify the moving details by sharing photos of your belongings from this area, if necessary.

  • At the bottom of the email Click here to fill out the billing information form. You can request an invoice by entering your information by clicking on the link.
  • You must request an invoice within 7 days after the order is completed.

When you cancel an urban transportation order you placed through My Transporter, the refund process may take between 2 and 5 business days, depending on your bank.

If you cancel your order on the same day, your payment may have been canceled before it was processed in the banking system. In this case, your credit card or debit card statement may show as if the payment never occurred.

To find out if your payment has been refunded:

  1. Check the transaction record on your bank statement. If your payment is not visible, the withdrawal may not have been processed during the cancellation process.
  2. If your payment still appears on your statement and you haven't received a refund, You may need to wait for your bank's refund process.
  3. If the refund is not received within 5 business days, you can contact us or your bank.

⚠ Important: Banks may sometimes display refunded payments in the "pending transactions" section or credit them directly to your card balance. It's helpful to review your statement in detail.

  • Your comments, whether positive or negative, are evaluated by us only for the purpose of improving the quality of our service.
  • Your feedback not shared with drivers and is kept completely confidential.

  • Activate your discount by entering the code sent to your email in the Add Campaign Code section.

Student discounts do not apply to additional services or flexible ordering options.

You can easily update your registered email address by logging into your profile.

After you enter your new address, the system will generate a new campaign code. You can activate this code in the "Campaigns" section to place an order with a discount.
