Dear Visitors, Members and Customers, In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the relevant legislation, as Taşımacım Yazılım Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi (Company), we have an obligation to inform as the data controller, and this text aims to inform you about the processing of your personal data and your rights as a data owner.

All your personal data that you will provide to the Company and all your information regarding your purchases will be shared in accordance with the legislation by the Company and the Company's partners, business partners, successors, service providers, suppliers and other third parties/organizations that it will determine (including social media-online advertising network operators) as required by the processing purpose, and between these persons, for reasons arising from the legislation, in order for you to benefit from products, services and opportunities and for the purpose of carrying out all kinds of product, service promotion, advertising, communication, promotion, sales, marketing, store card, credit card and user/membership/customer transactions, in the cases specified in this text and also expressly stipulated in the laws that personal data can be processed and transferred, in cases where your data is made public by you, in cases where the processing of personal data of the contracting parties is required directly related to the establishment or performance of any contract, in mandatory cases for the fulfillment of legal obligations, also in cases where data processing and transfer is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of rights and in the legitimate purposes stipulated herein and in the laws, as the data controller/processor, provided that it does not harm fundamental rights and freedoms. In cases where data processing and transfer is mandatory/necessary for interests, all kinds of personal data such as name, surname, nickname, age/date of birth, gender, region of residence, address and delivery address, mobile/home/work telephone numbers, e-mail addresses are obtained by all kinds of automatic/non-automatic methods (from the information you provide verbally/written to the Company and the above-mentioned organizations, your visits and content reviews of websites including stores and/or their physical-virtual environments, mobile applications, your membership and transaction information on the sites of social media and advertising network operators, member/user/customer transactions with the Company and the above-mentioned organizations (physical and virtual/digital), payment-collection-delivery-complaint-campaign-survey transactions regarding purchases and customer satisfaction, and their legal financial documents and other documents-records, as well as written, verbal, visual and technical data obtained from the use of internet and communication devices and/or mobile applications in various environments and places).

These data will be processed, recorded, stored, made available, used, updated when necessary, and transferred between the above-mentioned persons/organizations in the country and abroad, in written/magnetic archives, for a period to be foreseen in accordance with the purpose of processing, according to the nature of the information, and not to exceed the legal maximum periods. You have the right to learn about the collection method and legal basis of your personal data, the purposes and methods for which it will be processed, to whom it may be transferred and for what purposes, whether personal data is processed, if processed, information about it, whether it is used in accordance with its intended purpose, whether it is transferred domestically or internationally, the right to know about third parties and to request information on all these matters, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate processing, to request deletion or destruction in accordance with legal requirements and methods, and to notify third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, to object to any adverse outcome arising from the analysis of your personal data by automated systems, and to request compensation for any damages you incur due to processing in violation of legislation. You may apply to the Company's data controller specified below on all these matters within the framework of the conditions stipulated by legislation. We would like to inform you that the appropriate action will be taken for this application and that we will respond to you in writing or electronically in accordance with legislation.
